Webcasts are infinitely customable based on the people and messages you need to impart, additional media required to be included in the webcast, your location(s) along with your expected viewer numbers and how much you want them to contribute, live on the day.

At Stoneapple, we prepare every event in meticulous detail.

Planning is crucial to a successful web event and within this we consider all your production options, cameras, sound, pre-recorded content and graphics. Multi-venue communications, remote guest interviews, panel discussions and audience participation.

Having decided on the content and flow of your webcast, we’ll pre-record some items. These are normally short videos showing subjects which would be difficult to present live, such as a tour of a laboratory, a manufacturing site or customer interviews.

By pre-recording these elements it allows you to edit, approve content and set running times to reflect the best possible performance.

On a more technical side, we’ll plan your bandwidth requirements to ensure a high quality livestream, along with options for viewers to feed-back their questions in real time on the day.

We work closely with your presenters to ensure they are well rehearsed and relaxed on the day.

On the day of your online event we will have all of the necessary crew and equipment centrally to support and deliver your webcast. Cameras, sound along with lighting, teleprompting and graphics will be on hand to support you and your team.

At the time of transmission, we will produce a seamless end-to-end webcast with encoding and monitoring of your livestream from start to finish, delivered to your audience no matter what device they’re viewing it on.

Once your webcast has finished, we’ll supply a high quality HD recording which can be uploaded to your intranet or companies social media channels for on-going use. Viewing analytics will also become available immediately after the event with aggregated updates in the following days.
